The process for requesting a discount from IC Markets :
1. Open the trading accounts you want (no deposit required).
2. Add your Client ID (not trading account ID) to our member area.
3. We will send a request to IC Markets.
4. IC Markets will add your existing trading accounts to our discount group.
5. IC Markets will confirm with us (1-3 business days).
6. We approve (Status : Approved).
Note : If you open a new trading account after our approval, it will not be added to our discount group. To fix this, remove and re-add your Client ID in our member area, and we will resend the request to IC Markets.
IC Markets discount conditions :
1. The discount is manually set up by IC Markets staff (not an automated system).
2. No discounts are available for cTrader and TradingView accounts.
3. Islamic account : Discounts are available only for Islamic MT4 accounts.
4. The system rounds trading commissions to two decimal places.
Example : Trade 0.01 lots
The commission rate is 2.75 USD per lot per side.
The system calculates commissions separately for order opening and closing :
= (2.75 USD x 0.01 lots) + (2.75 USD x 0.01 lots)
= 0.0275 + 0.0275
= 0.03 + 0.03 (rounded to two decimal places)
= 0.06 USD
Conclusion : Trading 0.01 lots will be charged a 0.06 USD commission.
Note : All conditions are set by IC Markets and may change at any time.

How to check the special discount ?
Standard account
Computer version : In MT4/MT5 program > click “Market Watch” (or ctrl+M) > right click and tick “Spread” > see the spread start at 5 (lower than 8).
Mobile version : In MT4/MT5 mobile application > Settings > QUOTES > tick Advanced mode > see the spread in the page “Quotes”.
Raw account
You have to trade and see the commission = the commission (After discount).
