IC Markets conditions :
1. The discount is set up by the staff of IC Markets (It’s not the automatic system.)
If your trading account doesn’t receive the discount, please open all trading accounts as you want and add your Client ID in our member area.
Then we will send a request to IC Markets to add all your trading accounts into our discounted group.
Note : IC Markets informed us that the staff will review all trading accounts and add into our discounted group every week. (every Monday or Tuesday).
2. Islamic account : the discount is for Islamic MT4 and Islamic cTrader accounts only (except Islamic MT5 account).
3. Raw Spread account : Trade 0.01 lot, the commission is 5.5 x 0.01 = $0.055 = $0.06 (2 decimal places)
4. cTrader account : The commissions isn’t fixed amount.

How to check the special discount ?
Standard account
Computer version : In MT4/MT5 program > click “Market Watch” (or ctrl+M) > right click and tick “Spread” > see the spread start at 5 (lower than 8).
Mobile version : In MT4/MT5 mobile application > Settings > QUOTES > tick Advanced mode > see the spread in the page “Quotes”.
Raw account
You have to trade and see the commission = the commission (After discount).
How to calculate the commission on cTrader ?
The commission (after discount) of cTrader account is 2.75 per lot per side of the base currency of the pair traded. This is charged when you enter and when you exit the trade.
Example
Trade USDCAD, USDJPY or USDxxx : 1 lot (100k)
enter USDxxx at price 1.18462
exit USDxxx at price 1.18266
Original commission
Calculation based on 3.00 per side :
1.18462 x 50 000 = 59,231 x (3.00 / 100 000) = 1.78 USD > convert > 1.37 GBP
1.18266 x 50 000 = 59,133 x (3.00 / 100 000) = 1.77 USD > convert > 1.36 GBP
If your account currency is USD, Total : 1.78 + 1.77 = 3.55 USD
If your account currency is GBP, Total : 1.37 + 1.36 = 2.73 GBP
Commissions (After discount)
Calculation based on 2.75 per side :
1.18462 x 50 000 = 59,231 x (2.75 / 100 000) = 1.63 USD > convert > 1.25 GBP
1.18266 x 50 000 = 59,133 x (2.75 / 100 000) = 1.63 USD > convert > 1.25 GBP
If your account currency is USD, Total : 1.63 + 1.63 = 3.26 USD
If your account currency is GBP, Total : 1.25 + 1.25 = 2.50 GBP
